So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

a bit dull. 1st 2 do nothing for me - perhaps a bit of contrast and shadows to give it some more punch.
last one is decent.
Nikon D80, MB-D80, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, SB-800, Sigma 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
Various bits of borrowed/stolen glass/speedlights etc. - zero style or taste.

Bob, I like the first and last images but would like to see a little more contrast in these as well.

Cheers, Mick :) :) :)

I don't mind them Bob. Maybe a tad more contrast, but I think they are keepers. I wandered through Parkes a few days back now. Nice spot for a photog. :)

I think with more contrast they will look really good. As I said about your last post, I would also consider putting some toning into the image to really bring out the aged look.

I'm not sure if this image is any better. I am still learning to use Photoshop, with a long way to go.

Good series Bob. I like the 1st and 3rd in the first group and I think the sepia on the latest image works well. :D

Hi Bob,

You got me motivated to do a little bit of B/W myself - nice shots.
