Please note that this is not an area for you to showcase your images, nor is this a place for you to show-off where you have been. This is an area for you to post images so that you may share with us a technique that you have mastered, or are trying to master. Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

I've uploaded about 300 shots to my galleries here. twas the most fun I've had in ages! I shot at high ISO all day as I spent so much of it running from shade to shade and trying to keep detail through the dark grey/blacks. I'm not too stressed about quality as I was having so much fun and laughing so much I really didn't mind not nailing all the shots.

Have yet to see my shot of Doug (Dug) but I'll post it once I've found it.

Man, Wow that is an awesome costume / make up job. Dug's shot was a bit more up in your face, but this has a lot more attention to detail. Just quietly some of the female zombies weren't that bad looking either, once you get over the smell and the rotting flesh!

It was such a great day, it would have been good to catch up with you, but next time perhaps.

My Zombie Pony posted this photo of me

I LOVE the comments, they are very kind. Especially as I was hardly wearing any makeup at that stage and was just being myself.

Strangely the "Towel" is Australian Army Issue :D  :D

They are amazingly comfortable cool in the heat warm in the cool and a useful towel or sweat rag.

They do get a few comments when you wear it while photographing petrol refineries though

Dug I did actually mean to catch up while there - introduce myself and ask who you were shooting for - damn you carry one bigass camera kit bag!

OMG - just had an idea for next year!! I've got to get one of those travelling assignment photographer vests - usually seen on "foreign correspondant", some new black fatigues and some serious RPG wounds... heheh
