Originally the cars were bugging me, then i thought a couple going up the road (rear lights only) would look cool.

Close EncountersYou might've seen this image floating around before, i absolutely love its eerie feel. Shot NEF and slight reduction on highlights (the lights up the hill, tellingly) ... havent done any sharpening to it as yet.

I like it, but it needs to be less bright with greater contrast and saturation. It almost looks like something out of war of the worlds! Cheers! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

At first glance it looks like ufos in the sky. When i look a bit closer i can see the mountain. Great effect, make you look twice, three times, more and more. Like it the way it is.

Just found this thread, glad I did, this has a fantastic spooky, scary feel... The lighting is terrific and the streaming car likes do look really cool...
