Laminate/Mounting a print?Ok, I will be printing a A1 size image for a client. They said they are putting the print in a frame that does not have the glass infront, like a painting. So the print will be exposed to the elements.
Question is, should I laminate the print? and also mount it ? Confessed photographer
 I would.
Don't use regular "stationery" laminate. Most better labs have one called "Sandtex" or others for gloss. Or if you are not laminating it at a photo lab, look up "Laminating" in the yellow pages and tell them that you want photo quality laminating.
I believe smac may be able to offer some good advice in this regard Drop him a PM if he doesn't see this thread - he'll at least be able to suggest what sort of lamination to do, and where to do it *** When getting there is half the fun! ***

 Thanks mikephotog
The print should be sprayed with a uv protector that is waterproof ...... from any art store and professionaly DRY not wet mounted onto heavy card or board at least 4mm...... to laminate is your choice but I would not......... Cheers ....bp.... Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer....
