Yeah wow great shots!!! and like blinkblink said 2 and 8 are my favourites too.

All are of your usual high standard, but #5, 8 and 9 are the standouts for me. Not sure if the LAB mode makes any difference or not - either way these are superb. Peter

Wow! Some great shots. #2 stands out for me.
Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/

Stunning Images all of them. Clarity and colours are inspiring. Noosa Botanical Gardens? Is this colour intensity due to Lab exclusively? Can anyone comment on this as a technical issue?
In the end we know Nothing, but in the meantime Learn like crazy.

Beautiful images Kevin. #5 and #8 are terrific. Like Peter not sure if LAB colour has made a difference. It would be interesting to see one of those images tackled one in LAB and one not.

Well Kevin I do believe that LAB colour has a little more punch than RGB, however, whether an abberation on this particular shot or not the tonality of the yellow seems to break up a little in the centre of the LAB colour image just behind the stamens stalk. Can you see what I mean or is it my screen?
