I'd think sharpening would be a good thing... it looks like your focus point was one of the flowers as opposed to the bee. This is one of those targets where learning manual focus is a must, especially for such a fast moving subject. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

Although it's difficult to tell at this size, it does look like it could benefit from a bit of sharpening. You've done well to capture an extremely difficult subject
The flowers are nice and sharp, and the colour looks great - now to get that bee to stay in the right spot!!! 
My comment above about previewing posts, don't take it to heart. It is good advice though, especially on this site - sometimes strange things happen to your posts! It's also a MUST when you're posting images, as you want to make sure the links work properly *** When getting there is half the fun! ***

I will try the manual focus next time on the bee im sure he will be back. To tell you the truth i needed a seat after that little episode was a bit giddy after following him. If NNNsic wants any advice on training i have done some PT maybe we can exchange knowledge Regards John
