Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. You didn't exactly get it posted...
I fixed it for you! (Which is kind of what I'm here for... just ask if you need a bit of help! ![]() I'd think sharpening would be a good thing... it looks like your focus point was one of the flowers as opposed to the bee. This is one of those targets where learning manual focus is a must, especially for such a fast moving subject. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

Although it's difficult to tell at this size, it does look like it could benefit from a bit of sharpening. You've done well to capture an extremely difficult subject
![]() The flowers are nice and sharp, and the colour looks great - now to get that bee to stay in the right spot!!! ![]() My comment above about previewing posts, don't take it to heart. It is good advice though, especially on this site - sometimes strange things happen to your posts! ![]() ![]() *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
Thanks Sheepie;
I will try the manual focus next time on the bee im sure he will be back. To tell you the truth i needed a seat after that little episode was a bit giddy after following him. If NNNsic wants any advice on training i have done some PT maybe we can exchange knowledge Regards John
