Jaco continually annoys me by posting way too many pix within the one post.
And they're all such great images, dammit!
Like this one.
The timing of the shot that makes the composition, the colours are so vibrant, this one just works so well for me.
The original thread is here, in case you missed it first time round.
Congratulations, Jaco; well done.

Well I for one missed this one first time around. I have to agree that the image is made by the precise timing and vibrant colours. Another worthy winner.

A great selection of a great pic for POTW.
One of the elements I must applaud in any photo (or art) and which is so sadly invariably missing in all but the rarest instances is WIT!!
Wit is plentiful here and for that I am truly grateful. All the other key elements are present in abundance also and while certain aspects could have been better caught it doesn't matter because it is the moment and the opportunity presented that is of most importance.
Cheers Jaco, congratulations and thanks,

Jaco Congratulations. Like many others this one stood out in the original post for its compositional brilliance and I really liked the whimsical nature of the shot.

Congrats Jaco, it's a great pic and deserved POTW. In fact the whole thread of NY pics Jaco posted are all equally deserving of POTW.
For the first time in a long time I've commented on a POTW (and I suscribe to the mentality of 'if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything' hence my silence in past weeks could be construed as 'I think it's crap').

I really enjoy Jaco's work. This is such a brilliant image that i agree with it being POTW.
Great timing.
I really like it because the person in the image is also colour co-ordinated with the poster and the tear in the poster makes it look like he's wearing a tie. (A Dilbert type tie)
It just goes to show that photography is really about pressing that shutter button at exactly the right time.
Great image Jaco and PLEASE, keep posting your images. They are all so inspiring. Your Russian selection gave me wonderful memories of when i visited that country.
