Here's the winners of the above (British) contest
There are some stunning images there. I hope to experiment with this type of thing when I get my D70 back!

thanks Thaddeus - some great pics there! I really like the migraine one (although not a photo, this is a very real representation of what a migraine is like!).

Wow I just learnt what a grain of salt looks like. Very interesting images. Subject for a challenge?

Thanks Thaddeus,

always loved those science type images. A friend of mine does a lot of this type of photography where he works, and he's good at it. I always enjoyed his photos.
