I have a work mate who is getting married on NOV 3rd and he was making some general enquirys about a wedding photographer. I thought this might be a good opportunity for a couple of Sydney members to get some experience at shooting weddings...a free meal and drinks, in return for some CDs of images. You would need a reasonable camera/flash combo and be reasonably competent at your photography. Anyone interested? You would be the only photographers covering the event by the way. Wedding starts at around 5pm and any commitment would have to be a firm one.
Regards

I would be excited to assist, but not having commercial experience would defer to an experienced photographer

Maybe Matt is a guest and wants to enjoy it and not worry about 'getting the good shots' ?

I purchased a Teddy Bear this morning for the sum of $10. I named him Mohammed. This afternoon I sold him on E-Bay for $30. My question is, "Have I made a prophet?"

Just remember that eloping is a relatively stress-free experience.

Kyle
Thanks Kyle, I will keep you in mind. I have 2 respondents, one via this thread and one PM and will talk to the groom to see if he is happy for 3 operaters to 'work the floor'. Would you be happy to be a reserve if one of the others needed to cancel out?
Regards

Cheers
