Photography supplies (like Ted's or Fletchers) or artistic photography (like Stills Gallery)?

Ted's Cameras on Pitt St.
Fletchers on Pitt St.

I hear there's one in the Cross could Grace's or something that has a lot of old stuff.

There's a store in Darlinghurst near St. Vinnies (also near my Uni) called "Just Shoot" that deals specifically in Lomographic cameras.

Along George St...

Postby Geoff on Mon Oct 25, 2004 11:52 pm

There's a variety of shops (not the best of prices but competitive when you shop againgst each other)...G & V Imaging, Paxtons, Digital City, George's to name a few..just walk down George St and you will find many shops along the way... :D then into Pitt St there is Teds and and Fletcher's I think...Good luck and have fun! :)

Yeah, within the city itself as Geoff mentions, George and Pitt streets have plenty (although I find they're all selling the same things at pretty much the same price). There's also heaps of other retail shopping stores along those two streets - so cameras for you, and clothing and other things that your spouse/lady friend accompanying you should be kept happy too.
