Spotted this fellow at a mine site in the Pilbara WA ...... got up close before he dropped off the hill........ full frame, hand held Bigma
this is his hunting area......

You're really doing great things with that lens. The lovely blurred background behind the bird and the sharp foreground work wonderfully together here to give a strong image.

thanks...... it is a very harsh environment where I have been shooting, and would you believe this is a small mine site, I will put a link together of some shots I have taken, but they were from the car window, as I was travelling with my client, but still a nice record of where I was, and some other mine shots

The bird (falcon or whatever) is fantastic. And it's the same colour as the Pilbara, as everything there is.
