Des' Alaska/Canada Trip #1 - Bald Eagles

Saw plenty, took plenty of shots, but of course most of them were blurry, out of focus and tiny due to distance, light or whatever. Got a couple of good ones though. I got a couple of really nice ones in the bald eagle rehabilitation in Ketchikan, but thought I'd post a couple that I saw in the wild....
Juevenile bald eagle sitting on the tree, Petersburg. This is probably my best shot of a bald eagle on the trip. This guy was just sitting there in the tree.
Not the greatest quality shot as it is quite heavily cropped. Bald eagle about to grab something in the water, Sitka.
Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve, Haines. Bear in mind that I am on an inflatable raft, holding on for dear lift with one hand as the raft is bumping, twisting and turning. It is raining quite heavily, and I am handholding the D200/grip in the other hand, with the 70-200VR + 1.7TC, wrapped in a slippery plastic raincover in the other. Not a bad shot, considering!
