Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

I think they are mostly great...although the first one doesnt quite convey the message that you wanted to portray as I feel it needs maybe more of the door showing..both sides perhaps...ther second one is a really good image...the clarity is very good...but I dont get the whole point of the apple on the knife..mind you I dont watch desperate housewives so maybe thats why...

I adore both the last two remaining shots..the last one is especially clever...:)
The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list... ;)

the third and fourth are the strongest out of this series. the third has a better tonal range compared to the other shots.

Love the first myself for the clarity and SC, but they're all very good. I could never replicate this..

some lovely work there. I like the concept of the first but for me its not quite right (although I dont know how to fix it). The others are great with some great tones throughout.

you have really found your style and continue to move forward!

I agree with that, with the frame showing on the left would show its a doorway to another place... for all we know you could be standing inside the room looking past the swung open door (if you get what i mean)

the 2nd shot i find the flowers on the left a bit distracting, other than that, all nice shots :)
