I took this image in 1997 in Eastern Russia along the Trans-Siberian railway. I have no recollection of the name of the station and I can't read Cyrillic.

Details: Nikon F70d, Tokina 28-80 F2.8, Fuji film of some type.

Dasvidanya.

It's pronounced "magazin" and it means "shop". Similar to the French word.

Must have been quite a trip. Would love to do that one day.

Thanks Kris. You've solved my little puzzle that's been bugging me for years :)

I highly recommend a visit to Siberia and the rest of Russia. There is so much to see.....
