Yes, every second photographer has taken a photo of a piano showing a shallow DOF. I decided to play around with this and have finally got something that I'm happy with (3rd attempt). I aimed for a soft feel with the reflection in clearer focus.

nice! this works for me, i didnt actually realise they were reflections at first.

I like it and the reflections work really well.

No, but they make us were special badges on any meets (I am waiting for the delivery of an FE, which will make 2 film Nikons, 4 film cameras in total, and only 2 digitals). If only I could find out where to put the film in the D200, I would be set.

Might also be interesting to print the sheet music backwards, so the reflected music is the right way round (or reflect it into another mirror but that seems harder).
