I didn't comment on your first painting with light shots since I figured it was just an expermient with what I saw were pretty ordinary subjects.
I'm commenting now since I can see that eperiment coming to fruition. These first three are excellent implementations of your technique and make for very strong images. Number one works best since we still have some sky detail to anchor the object nicely. The last one isn't quite in the same league. It has the detail I liked in the bakground for #1, but is let down compositionally - the tree in the middle is a distraction and the sculpture on the right is not well balanced by those on the left.
I look forward to more of these as you get better with the technique. Thanks for sharing these. makes me want to try the same myself.
Edit: I've just seen Wendell's comment above re: #4 - it just shows how subjective this stuff is eh
