Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

I finally got around to PPing some shots from a trip to Murramurrang last December.

Taken with the 70-200VR. Some also with 2xTC.

The second shot is my favorite. The bird looks like its got attitude. I'd crop the left side by about a third though to reduce the OOF stuff in the foreground.

Just my opinion...and not worth the screen its printed on.. :)

#2 needs some serious red eye reduction! :D

It's the pick of the shots here, with a good low angle and background separation.

#1 is also good, but probably could do with a slight softening on the vignetting. I feel that it's a bit distracting, and overpowers the subject.

Nice photos ,greencardigan,
but for me the first one is the best, in fact IMHO is a terrific photo ,beautiful contrast between black and white.
If anything you could crop a touch in front, making the seagulls stand out more, just an idea :) not necessarily correct.
cheers , NeoN.

Thanks for the comments.

I agree that the vignetting may be a bit distracting. I might PP it again.
