The bow of the shaft of the club and the cording of the muscles in the forearm. It just all goes to show how hard people work to make it look so easy at times...

All were ISO100 and f/2.8.
I think the shutter speeds where around 1/1000. Some of the early shots where a little bit less, but that brought out a bit too much motion blur.
