Hehe - I was going to call it "Don't go into the light!!" I reckon most members here are old enough to remember "Poltergeist".

Thanks guys! I was actually just using these as test shots for another project but they turned out pretty well in their own right.
I'm going to try it with an old trunk in an attic somewhere; slightly more atmospheric than with an esky between the two cars in my garage!

Definitely an interesting shot. You've captured the light well on Emily too. And although you can't tell it is in your garage it would definitely work well in some sort of spooky setting.
As for Poltergeist, I'm assuming that is a movie? long before my time.....

Cheers LB
The first Poltergiest movie hit the screens in 1982 so I know I don't have to do the math for you!

Hmmm, just had a look and the movie came out in June 1982. So it wasn't before my time but I don't think my parents would be allowing me to watch such horror films at my tender age.....

An excellent shot, Manta! It is a very simple and yet effective composition very well executed. Obviously, you know how to get the best of your camera.

DOn't know about getting the best out of my camera Zaf, but I try!
Rel - it's just the SB800. I'm always leaving it around and I have to use the on-board in Commander
mode to give it a whistle so I can find it again!
Chris - a few holey socks but no Holy Grail, I'm afraid.
