Cremorne Point

Had a picnic last Monday at Cremorne Point. Very windy and overcast day very grey!

Image BTW just for kicks the 3rd shot was take by my 6 year old son hand held. Basically I had taken the same shot and he said he would like a turn. My shot is identical its just amazing how he lined the horizon to be identical to mine.

Adam,

Very nice, and it's also great that you're letting your 6yo son handle the camera. That's about the same age that Leigh was when I let him loose with my one day old F801 ...

This sort of stuff needs to be encouraged.

And I can hardly think of a better place to shoot from than Cremorne Point. I even have a print of a painting done there - Cremorne Pastoral, by Streeton.

Did you take some of the Point itself?

No, I didnt get any shots of the point. I didnt even end up there :( There was some jazz festival on and too many people around.

I actually liked how the weather was a bit foul. I think the grey sky and clouds adds to the pic.
