A couple of shots from a mates property in Kenthurst.
Honest critique welcome, no tantrums from this member
I may need to calibrate my moniter as well..

The wire fence really annoys me in this shot, I tried to clone it out but I need more practise. I would rather reshoot it to get it right to be honest.

You're right about the wire, but the rest is beautiful!

wow that second shot is amazing. Surely the wire can't be too hard to eliminate.

What lens did you take that with?

Nikon 70-200 VR
1/200sec, F/7.1, ISO200, Shutter Priority

Thanks for the comments, I'll try and use my graphics tablet pen and see if I can get a better result with the cloning.

Paul - some beautifully sharp images here. With some time and patience I'm sure you could clone out that fence in the 2nd one...nice to see you posting some images too!!

I can see some Bot Fly eggs in the first shot. Maybe they should treat the horse and make sure they keep the eggs off as well.
Great shots BTW. Sharp as - shame about the wire.
Cheers, Mick :) :) :)

Okay, I've done a quick clone out and I've croppped the image to take away the distracting empty space
I'll give it a better tweak on the weekend when I have more time..

I would use the healing tool to remove the wire. Im sure it can be done quite easily.

Nice toothy horsey shot too. Different - I knew a girl who had similar teeth once. Shudder.
