This is an interesting group of which #1 is the real standout for me. The framing of that cluster of seed cones against the blue of the sky works exceptionally well. Peter

Yeah, it really is difficult to get a good background working in this thickly populated heathland type environment. You either have to shoot up or really concentrate on the depth of field a lot. Thanks for the comments folks.
