First 3 - all I can say is 'wow', Wendell. The last one is not so exciting though.

First two have great impact for me.
I would just clone out the small bit of light in the hair on the first shot.
Good work...

All very good work Wendell. The 2nd image is the pick of the crop for me

Top stuff again! I know you were being arty and stuff, but with the third pic, is it possible to have a closer crop so you don't see the outline of the door and her elbow sticking out?

thankyou everyone

wayne

i included the door frame to add relative dimension dimension to the composition
otherwise if i had cropped the edge of the door out it woudl look too vague people would wonder if it's a door or a window, i wanted it to be obvious as a door part of the pose concept girl flirting behind unfixed dooor - suggestive

but perhaps the shoulder sticking out is what destroy's it, i can fix that

ah and Wayne Thankyou for holding my flash for the 3rd pic, model was side lighted

Gorgeous lighting and feel to all these images Wendell. Beautifully captured. Master :) I really like the ethereal quality of the first. I wonder if the pin light shining through the hair just to the centre right is a little distracting? I love it though very alluring. :)
cheers

I really like the first one here Wendell - you know I'm not into the sort of shots you usually take, but this one really grabs me.

I think the fact her eyes are blue makes this pic - the rest of the pic is reasonably mono, other than the little bit of warmth in the makeup. This is offset beautifully by the eyes. Nice :)

Predictably, the others don't do a great deal for me - but that's just me, I'm just not into this style of photography ;) (maybe because I've never been able to take a decent portrait - or maybe I'm just too ugly and these sort of people piss me off ;) ).

Yep, number one for me, too :D

Flawless image and one that deserves to be published in the best magazines.

Top quality stuff.

Wendell, good shots. #1 is a pearler perhaps a little of the right side could be cropped IMHO. #2 unfortunately doesn't work for me. The mirror image takes up a great deal of the shot but is OOF and as so much of her face is blocked out by the hair I would have expected more focus in the reflection. #3 I don't like the elbow sticking out - looks a bit distorted. #4 I think is a good shot. Like the pose and attitude.
Cheers,
Mick
