Looks like a ton of fun, although I sure wouldn't like to slip right about there! Could be painful
You have surely got to watch the spray around the watersports though. For a real test of the steady hand, try panning along with the skier on a slower shutter speed.
Good work

I'm not a happy camper but it's not your fault (I hope). Neither image showed for me so I right clicked and got a "one time only" advertisement flogging your image hosting service (filelodge) instead of your pic. I checked their TOS and they don't mention this, but do advise they don't tolerate people using their services for unsolicited spam (go figure)

I suggest you get a decent image hosting service that doesn't spam first time viewers (a few here seem to use the free imageshack.us)

As for the shots when I finally got to see them, both are good and have a nice feel of movement to them, but I'd like to see some panning shots too as Col suggests (I hate to think what happens if you come of your board onto one of those steeel pipes  )

Just to say I didn't have stubbsy's problem. Images loaded when I clicked on your post.

not really into panning. especially for action board sports. its more suited to sports where speed is the main goal, like motorsports. board sports are more about the level of difficulty and the style, so motion blur panning is never used. also wouldn't work too well with a fisheye because of the barrel distortion. but thanks for checking out the pics.

Stubbsy,

I got the same message as you, but hit refersh on the post and the images displayed fine.

As for the images. Love the first one, very nice. I'm waiting for the stack and the grand final video on "Funniest Home Video's"

Cheers
