Doesn't look that deep a rut to be stuck in. It's what... 5cm high max, with gently sloping sides? You should be able to get out of this one, no problem, using your camera (and its strap).

I already work as a flasher. I was going to chuck it in as I'm a bit sick of it but I need the money, so I decided I'll have to stick it out for another year.

focus is a bit off. You need to get a bit more
depth in your life.

picture of where you're at

Great feel to this shot.
As I slowly looked at the image (dial up) I really liked what I saw and then it got a bit blurry. My humble suggestion, because it is such a clear shot, would be to crop the bottom 1/3 out (maybe even a tadd more). It would look like a pano and be as clear as a bell.
