Have been fairly busy lately with work and organising a fairly huge step in my own life so haven't had the chance to do much photography.

Took some time out tonight and came up with this amongst other things.

Does it work, have I done too much? Any cc or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

That's a nice shot Wayne, well done. And I agree with Wendell (as do you!) the frame was no good.

Looking forward to seeing more along these lines.

I agree, it looks better without the frame.

An excellent image. Love the lighting.

Wayne - a beautiful shot that is well composed, has a story and nice colour. If I was to critique at all it would be to darken off the area (slightly) to the left of the pic, around the face :)

Chris - taken onboard and I'll work on it tonight.

Cheers,

was just about to say: lose the border but as I scrolled down, I have been beaten to it.

I like the light falloff on this. works as an urban portrait.

good stuff

Burned out the background a bit more as suggested by Chris. What do you think now :D
