I happened along at the mouth of the Noosa River one day to catch a whole swag of kitesurfers at play. I kinda like this one about to take off across the water. Any ideas on this one please?

Yes it was very hot light that day. I did touch it with Shadow/Highlight but only to cool the hotspot on top of the kite. Then some levels for the rest.
Lots of action on days like this. One of these boys sailed/kited/boarded up the coast from Caloundra to Noosa offshore to spend the day there and then sail back in the evening!
I don't even drive to Caloundra!
