Had quite a few pinot's at lunch on Friday and noticed this.
Had my trusty d2x at hand
Any guesses as to what it is?

Some kind of water feature?
I can make out a building in the reflection and what looks like a circular paved area.
No idea really.

Ok Looks like nobody clueing up on it.
It is one of those clear plastic curtains they roll down around the al fresco cafes when its wet or windy.
The relections are the sky and surrounding buildings. Looked a bit arty farty after quite a few pinot's
