Ok - not something that I usually photograph, but I have a niece (3yrs) who keeps asking her aunty Rel of a photo of her favourite thing - the moon

Here 'tis

Taken at approx 3.30 in the afternoon -and then cropped, sharpened and levels/contrast changed

Much easier than taking it at night

Nice compositon, but the harsh colour changes in the blue (all pixelated) wreck it for me.

Did you have to crank up the exposure in post production?

oops - prints out a treat, but pixelated due to the way I saved it for the web .... sorry :oops:
