I like the image.
The white shirt is very bright though, and you have cropped off the top of his hair.
I like the B&W finish though. Well done!

i like these sort of asymetrical portrait composition it's a bit risky but it works
some may say you chopped the top of his head or it's unbalanced
but i think in this instance it works ofr the subject matter

Nice image but I think when you devote so much image space to the upper body then there should be an extra element of interest included, such as hands or the neck of the guitar.
