A swamphen, diving for weed, sent out these ripples, which reflected the evening sky .... was dark, so upped the iso bigtime !!!!
f4.5, iso1600, 1/500sec, 200mm with flash

I like this pix..... but the shadows are a little dark and said duck is hard to see........ I think it is a duck

Hi Bernie - um, it's a swamphen, and it is upside down ....
she has already popped under the water, so that all that is showing above the water is her tail (on the left) and her feet kicking out above the water on the right.
hope this makes sense?

I really like this Rel. I love water generally, and this has a lovely serene quality to it.

Interesting capture here Rel. HAs a real abstract feel to it, helped by the composition.
