This was my favourite from the Anzac Day March.

Plus the Horse and Rider shot.

More in my smugmug gallery.

Anzac Day March in HobartI took my new 80-400VR (thanks Birdy) out for it's first outing today and was pretty impressed with what I got.

Nice one John... You obviously had better light than we did in Sydney today... Most of my 80-400VR shots were very blurry...
I actually quite like the first shot of the horse & rider in your gallery too... Cheers, John

Thanks for the comments John and Trieu. Yes the light was nice in Hobart.
I am amazed just how sharp this lens is though. The Horse and Rider shot was 1/60 sec hand held. Cheers John D3, D300, 14-24/2.8, 24-70/2.8, 85/1.4, 80-400VR, 18-200VR, 105/2.8 VR macro, Sigma 150/2.8 macro
