Honesty is encouraged, but please be positive in your constructive criticism. Flaming and just plain nastiness will not be tolerated. Please note that this is not an area for you to showcase your images, nor is this a place for you to show-off where you have been. This is an area for you to post images so that you may share with us a technique that you have mastered, or are trying to master. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Great Images Big Red. The third one of the bee is the winner for me. For handheld 200 this is impressive technique. However, this is reviews and critiques so I have to ask about depth of field in the Dragon Fly and the Moth(nice bokeh) in the first image. I have had some difficulty using macro filters (all I can afford at present) and physically moving back and forth to get into focus so what kind of control does your 200 Pentax macro give you over the depth of field or did you need a low aperature to get the light without a flash?
In the end we know Nothing, but in the meantime Learn like crazy.

The lens is a Pentax A*200 f4 Macro and i actually find it a lot harder to get a crisp pic with it compared to my Tamron 90 macro due mainly to movement blur so i tend to try and use a wide aperture to keep the speed up where possible.
Only just got this lens so i am still trying to work out how to use it.
I will get into flash with it when i get the info contact pin fixed as i can only use it fully manual at the moment.
its a very very sharp bit of glass but i have yet to get the best sharpness AND an interesting pic at the same time

I'm with Dargan I think that the 3rd is a standout, especially handheld. :D
