Small wonder my son hates the Melbourne Grand Pricks.
He and his wife are shift workers who live about 2 km from the track. They cannot sleep for the constant noise. The race should be moved to Phillip Island and out of suburbia. nice shots but taken in the wrong place!
as much as i love f1, i have to agree with you that people living close to albert park would find it very noisy. i recall seeing few people with huge banner which said f1 out of albert park.
these are my first few shots and i'd love to capture more as im very fascinated by planes. maybe i should go to the next air show thanks
It's not your fault and I'm not having a go but it shows how noisy it must bee there.
I used to live on a RAAF base and got used to the constant noise of jet engines and planes. but if you are used to a quiet suburb it must be a real pain.
indeed! thanks for all your comments.
i had a quick look at your site looks like your are a pro? im just starting, got me d200 last month with few nice lens. on a separate note, i would love to hear from people who like to shoot flying planes (no pun intended) planes are incredible piece of fine engineering and it would be great it capture them
Lost ...
If you are into planes...try and get to Parkes (NSW) for the Australian National Aerobatics Champs. They are there all Easter. We go every yr (hubby competes) but we are unable to go this yr due to work and the fact that we are going to singapore next week. Can't have both ![]() Cheers REE
