how do you get shots like that? I'm guessing its through practice, i tried numerous amounts of times with my macro lens to get shots like these, but i always find that the lens is only focusing on some parts of an object and the rest of the objects are always OOF.

Perfect example is the first shot, had i tried that, i'd probably only get the bottom leaf in focus and everything else will be OOF. I've tried manual focusing too and i just can't get it right :(

Very nice shots though, i too love the colours of the last shot.

Great shots Pall. Excellent use of DOF. My only criticism is that I not too fussed on the printing on the actual photo. Would prefer a clean photo with teh info underneath. :D

Terrific detail and lovely tones and colors... Great isolation of your subjects, and the EXIF is nicely done too...

Just clone out the tips coming in from the top left cnr in the first...

The third one is fascinating, these are all really nicely thought out and executed, very nicely done...

I'd suggest posting smaller images and link 'em to a larger one though...
