#2 - Very nice skin tones but her hair is a bit distracting.
#3 - Another great b&w conversion, but I think the depth of field is a bit too low. Would prefer to have at least her eyes and nose in focus rather than a portion of her eyebrow.

#2 I find the hair a bit distracting and would consider cropping some of the OOF neck
#3 I like but you either need the focus shifted to the eye, or more DOF
as I'm great and want to see more in focus.
