i did this portrait a few days ago and i was playing with some action that are for free. anyway...what do you think??

At first I thought it was shot through mesh (my eyes were playing tricks), I'm not really sure of the action. I personally think you have a strong portrait without the extra PS actions.
I cannot view the image - just have a little red cross

I was able to view it by getting the properties and selecting the image path and displaying in another window.
I agree that this is a nice portrait of the girl. good enough to not require the photoshop action you have run on it. sTeve check out my image gallery @
