Thought I might share some images I have done recently for a band named "Virus Crawl"

First one was for a write-up in the paper for a campaign they were doing called "V.I.D" During the middle of the set an evacuation alarm would go off and some guys in these suits would come out and check the badges that everyone was given as they came in. Those that had certain virus's got a free CD pack. Each ghostly image was added seperatly from another shoot all together in a grass field. (just incase someone was interested  )

This is used on there latest cd cover and gig posters. Did get a few minor changes though. Top head is meant to be slightly larger as he is the lead singer

Drummer Boy 1. Check the light and shaddow catches on the drumsticks. Almost looks like a reflection of his face. Crazy.

I did end up with some very common "Screaming into the mic" style images of the lead singer but I thought I could spare them as they are pretty standard and If anyone with dial-up does come in here there going to hate me as it is ;) .

Hope someone enjoys them though.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for sharing, I really like some of these shots. The first two are great promotional shots and I think you've done well. I think #1 would even work well without the added biohazard dude, I like the poses maybe a tad more light on the bass guitarist but overall two great shots.

#2 and #3 are good I particularly like #3 for the golden lighting

#4 and #5 aren't as strong for me, could just be my dark CRT here but they just don't work for me.

#6 and #7 are alright, I assume you were playing with the focus in these two shots, intentionally getting the subject OOF, which works to a point, but I personally don't like the affect as much in these lighting conditions

#8 and #9 I really like.

#8 I like the way the crowd has 'cropped' the viewable area of the shot, gives it a close claustrophobic feel to it, the lighting works well.

#9 Love the atmosphere of these one the smoke and the colours "mixing", very cool its perhaps a shame the singer wasn't in a little more focus, but my eyes are drawn back again and again to the colourful lighting and smoke so it'd not a huge deal.

Brad

An interesting group of pics. #1 is excellent - at first I didn't notice the men in suits, but now I have the one in the top RH corner is REALLY distracting. Second image is a great cover shot, but I'm puzzled the lead singer needs a bigger head in the final shot. Is that to match reality

The last image works a treat too.

The first 2 are great Brad... The band must be very happy with them...

The one of the bassist from within the crowd is also impressive...

Keep up the great work...

hi brad

great colours, good composition

i really like the first one = the only problem that i have is the bloke on the right, he looks odd the way he is standing.

i also like the number 6 the lead guitarist 1, very diferent, could be used as a cover album.

thanks for sharing your work and passion
