I finally got around to working on some more of my images from my early visit to the Yarra River.

Very nice Dave. The first one with the balloons is my favourite.

Love the framing and ground subjects in #1, terrific color, be tempted to clone out the lone pole standing up on the bottom left though, seems to distract from the main sillohetted (almost) ground subject...

2 and 3 seem to suffer from that bright highlight where the sunlight is reflecting off the building, just seems to really grab my eye...

Not sure why, but #'s 4 and 5 for some reason my eye doesn't seem to settle on a subject

Pick of the bunch for me is the first one, that's a lovely image with great feel and mood...

I like the balloons pic a lot. Has more of an atmosphere to it.

I have to agree with the general consenus. The first one is the pick! I'd say I'd even like a crop that removed the stadium below (for something different).

The other shots, honestly don't do much for me. They seem a little on the drab side.
