Wallum Sedge Frog

Litoria olongburensis

Happy to be corrected by any resident froggy experts but as near as I can make out that's what it is. 25mm long, Habitat conditions are spot on, acidic, tannin water, plenty of reeds and sedge.

Found this one this evening with my new Supercheap spottie 8)

Thanks Tim. They only have a very small distribution (according to my son's frog book) and we get heaps of them around here. Quite often find them in the letterbox :lol:

Love the first one : it's draped almost banana-like along the leaf. It's an angle I haven't seen before and it makes the single side-on eye very striking!

The second one looks grumpy? :shock:
