I had a chance to try my 10-20mm at night for the first time and here are two of my results.

Craig, I think the last one is the best.

I find the fence in the first too distracting.

Number 3 is a bit scary. Not sure what you were trying to acheive there. :?

I'm keen to see more from this lens. I'm still trying to decide whether to go wide or long.

Agree, the last one is cool. Is that just a straight crop from the centre of image, as opposed to a stitched pano?

Hey, I thought you were banned from lusting for a year? ;)

Number 3 is the best Craig - great colour and feeling of movement

Fist one - the fence distracts me

The last is too dark and indistinct

Love number three. Had a similar idea for a shot the other day.

Thanks everyone for the feedback.

#1 I don't like the railings either, but it was raining so this was actually taken from inside my office

#2 Dodgey from the car shot, but I like how you can see the rain coming down.

#3 I did a whole heap of these style of shots, I prefered to post this one due to the colour (it was more eerie then the others).

#4 The last one is a pano crop, which shows of how wide it can go, I'm impressed by it so far :)

I prefer the 2nd and 3rd pics just 'cos they're not usual landscapes of city at night :D

Which 10-20 btw?

I didn't think there were any other 10-20's?

Neither did I, but I wasn't 100% sure to push the point.
