Sigma 30mm @ Wedding

Gidday,

Here are some shots I took at a mates wedding on Friday.
This is exactly the sort of shots I was aiming for when I purchased the 30mm F1.4.

These were shot handheld and the sharpness in the face isn't quite there, but with a tripod they would have been better. How did I go?

Nice work Wocka, I think you did really well handheld. Lovely backdrop and I'm sure the bride and groom will love them.

Nice timing. The dark blue skylight really adds to the images.

Yes, the lens was set at F1.4

The couple laughed when I told them to keep going (kissing, cuddling) as I still had 76 shots left on that card.

The rich blue sky is beautiful. These should have pride of place in the couple's loungeroom.

I'm wondering if a little rear flash would light the face a little while keeping the beautiful tones in her dress?

regardless they're quite good, and that's one lens I'd love to have.
