Big V and myself went last Thursday for a very relaxing day shooting. Overcast all day with drizzling rain most of the morning.

Hi Fozzie. The second image caught my eye, however I have to wonder about the cropping. Did you crop out the tail or did you just not get it in frame? I think it would be better if the whole of the bird was in the frame.

Other than that though I think it's a great image and you did a great job to get the head sharp.

Unfortunately there was someones head just below the the wing on the righthand side looking at the shot, almost equal to the tail feathers.
The McCaws fly about 1.5-2 metres above the ground and you have to be lightning quick. Shot was taken a Nikon 70-200VR + TC-14E11.
