Had the old Pentax F70-210 f4 lens on the DS while walking around a bit of flooded pathway when i came across a few Dragonflys ... not a macro but i'm lucky to get these ...

a yellow one ...

a red one ...

a couple mating ...

a couple putting on a show for a spectator ...

And the Holy Grail of Dragonfly shots ... interacial flying mating :lol:

hinterland regional park on Hardys road... rarely used and fairly new by the look of it.
has soft shelled tortoises in a small dam as there were some guy tagging them.
its a bit flooded at the moment with all the rain .
