Shots of a beautiful city that's architecturally odd with some nice beaches and a bunch of tankers. Go figure. The residents don't seem to mind.

Some nice shots Leigh. I paritcularly love the one with Grafitti, and as always you working your B&W magics...
Little Mitedo seems to be a willing model, he's definitely got a photographic features, it's featured a fair bit in the last two days.

I must add you've done a good job capture the aussie beach environment in colour, some great aussie shots!

That second shot gets me too, can see it as the cover of a book. Real aussie summer feel.

OMG Leigh, these are good, no - great. Who says you can't do colour. These are by far the stronger images in this group. I like the first two colour pics, but I love the minimalism of the third (I'm guessing they didn't teach you about the rule of thirds at that fancy shmancy art school you went to  :D ). The fourth colour one is a little too dark/contrasty for me and the flare of the last colour one bugs me. Of the B & W's the best by far is the one of Thomas.

Oh, and we locals don't like our little bit of paradise, we love it - just don't let the outsiders know we're not a dirty industrial wasteland anymore - OK

Edit: Had a look at the entire gallery and I also like the one of the tanker (here) , the rundown wharf (here) and the Queens' Wharf complex (here)

Better keep our mouths shut, so no invasion from the South and peaceful places will be remaining for the locals.
