This would have to have been the first time in about a year from my memory, so I can't complain too much. And unlike other services when they are down it usually means things will improve
I know what you're saying with the noise - and this is after putting it through NeatImage! I may have to do a bit of a comparison test on noise levels at different ISO's. At 400ISO you wouldn't expect that much to be introduced
