Here are five of my 300+ images from this recent event in Melbourne,my dear wife made the comment that Hot Rod restoration is a much more expensive hobby than our photography,Hmmm not if i had the money i replied




This young fellow was around eight years old and followed me around for a while, he asked me ''are you getting any good pictures ?''
to which i replied ''i hope so'' i had a look at his lcd and he certainly knew what he was doing,are photographers getting younger or am i getting a lot older ???



All taken with D2xX and SB800 and Sigma 15-30, i also took some shots with my 50mm with available light i will post later.

The hot rods are great and the pic of the little kid is priceless. Just look ahead 20 or 30 years and he will be driving a a Caddie conversion

Hi NB, top shots we have them sort of shows down here once a year, maybe not on the scale as that one but i dont go to cos i think it would be hard to get good shots with all the people around so well done.

Some great shots, the Cobra is damn nice! But my pick of the shots is the little photographer and the story that went with it. (Did you catch which camera he was using?) I've noticed a lot more very small kids using expensive digital camera, I guess it's like mobile phones and everything else the kids are just getting younger and younger.
