Big V,
You did a good job on the first one. I've tried to catch them before.

Daniel, they fly so low it is really challenging to get them.. I think I have worked out their routine now, so there will be a few thursdays spent at the zoo this term trying to improve on it. The new area for the tiger is almost finished and looks great for photography..no fence to shoot through, elevated platforms and glass..

I still find it easier when they're still.

I can't wait for that to open. Should be good.
Could even do a mini-meet there.

Fozzie, sounds good.. membership gives you unlimited access to both monarto and adelaide, so it is well worth it.
Daniel, I think it would make a great mini meet when it opens..

BV, cool shots there mate and i have been wanting to go there for some time now as we had our first meet at Monarto, then another trip i spent a couple of hours at the park at Murray Bridge, had the hole place to myself.
So yeh Zoo would be great and i will get there one day.
As for the pics they are great and yes birds are bloody hard to shoot, well feathered ones.
