Hi,

I had a great time on Saturday, thanks Birddog for the fabulous organisation, thanks to Paul for driving.

We were treated to a wonderful day, blue skies, great clouds, lots of birds. Here are a few to get it started. Got a few more to PP, but wanted to post something before it got too late.

Dune at Hawks Nest.

At Mungo Brush camp, this kookaburra was not bothered at all by me being on the ground about 2 metres in front of him. Being in the campground, it would be used to us humans.

Echo Point crossing at Myall Lakes

More to come, C&C always welcomed.

Cheers,

André

André

Three interesting and diverse pics, but for me #1 is the standout for it's simplicty and wonderful colour contrasts.

Edit: #3 seems a little flat in terms of both colour and contrast.

thanks Peter, I like #1 too, going to do some more work on the third, I've got a similiar one that may come out better, I'll see. Initially a quick jpeg conversion came out better the the PP'ed one, so need to sort it out.

Cheers,

André

radar,
I love # 1, and the rest of two are beautiful.
Glad you had enjoyed the trip same as we enjoyed both your & Mariola's company at the dinner.
Finally, we had a good time.
Pls. note: Next one for us is the Barrington Tops trip in March as said, I'll be driving up there on Thursday this week to find some good spots for us.

Wow Andre' :!:

I like all 3 in all honesty. I think the 3rd as I said would be awesome at a different time of day. I think it is an excellent location for a sunset if you can have some dramatic clouds.

I can't see anything Andre - the links aren't in the form we use here, and cutting and pasting them into the browser doesn't work either. Clearly, others can see them. Any ideas?

Hi Greg,

Do you have HTML enabled in your profile? Due to the gallery software setup that I have, the [IMG] tag does not work with my images, so I just type the raw HTML in my post.

That's the direct link to the images:

Let me know if that works,
