Very nice....

The shadows are nice and soft... what flash (if any) setup did you use?

I assume III is sRGB and II is Adobe RGB, as for D70 - right?

I know sRGB is supposed to give better results for browsers, but I usually find the colours too saturated, like the greens here.

I much prefer the look of the last image, for this reason.

Interesting comparison. :)

Hi Trevor Color mode III is in Adobe RGB with the D2X you have 3 modes in RGB & 2 in SRGB

Blows my theory out of the water then!
So, in your first post the first 2 images are Adobe RGB. What is the third image? To me it had a more pleasing colour rendition of the leaf.

Terrific images Kevin. #1 and colour mode 111 is a cracker. Pin sharp and beautifully lit.

Trevor the first 2 are in Adobe RGB III & shot 3 is in Adobe RGB II its the one i use the most
